Turbo-emulsifier for pet food

Used turbo-emulsifier for pet food; this is a mixing and grinding cooker suitable for the production of emulsions and pâtés. The following is taken from the parent company’s website:

This machine uniquely combines the functions of a mixer, cutter, and emulsifier in a closed system.
A stable final product with reproducible quality thanks to fully automatic process control
The ability to heat and cool both directly and indirectly
The ability to produce fine emulsions and pastes, as well as products with small pieces of fine or coarse texture

The Karl Schnell brand machine comes complete with: control panel, plates and blades for the grinding section, and a user manual.

Part of the exterior is made of painted cast iron, but the cooking chamber and meat grinder are made of stainless steel. Dismantled in 2024, it remained in operation until its last day, with both routine and special maintenance always performed.

This cooker is suitable for the food industry as well as for: pet food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.
